Move cards in grid view

We continue to improve our table view. Previously, to move cards, you either had to change the view (go to boards), or you could move the card within the board through the column/lane cells. Now you can hover over the name of the card, and a move icon will appear to the left of the name - drag the card to the desired location.

When moving a card to a child block of another card, Kaiten will ask you if you want to add a relation between these cards. You can either simply move the card or add a new relation during the move. If the card is moved from a child block, Kaiten will offer to delete the relation between those cards.
