Card Sharing

If you want to show the card to colleagues who do not work in Kaiten, open the card, click the Share icon, then toggle the Share public toggle switch.

After that you will see a window with settings

In this window you can

1. Copy the link for public viewing.

2. Set the date until which the card view will be available.

2. Add external editors so that they can comment on your card or attach files. To do this, you need to enter the mail of these people in the appropriate window.

3. Choose which fields of the card will be seen by strangers. If you want to see the comments of external editors, do not forget to check the box next to the "Comments" box.
