Kaiten has a new type of user – guest users. Guest users can view boards and comment on cards, but do not require payment.
The ability to invite guest users to your spaces for free will come in handy if you want to give a customer or third-party experts access to your processes.

There are two ways to do this: from space or from the "Members" section of the menu.
Click on the icon with purple men in the upper right corner.
Click the plus icon.
In the window that opens, select the "Send invite" tab → enter the mail of the person you want to invite, and check the box next to "Invite as a guest user" → click "Send"
Open menu → Members.
Select the "Invites" tab. Enter the mail of the person you want to invite. Don't forget to check the box next to "Invite as guest user". Select the space you are inviting the guest to and click “Send”.
