Every employee can record the amount of time worked in any card.
To do this, open the card, click on the triangle icon at the top of the card.
In the window that appears, select the date and start time of the report. In addition you can enter a comment that can be used to clarify the nature of the work done.
After starting the timer, you can close the card, you'll see the time countdown on the top panel of the Kaiten.
To stop the timer, click on the timing board in the card or in the top panel.
In the window that appears, click "Save and stop timer"
There you will see time records of all users in the space. You can filter the data by employees, labels, boards.
Menu → Timesheets
There you can only view your time spent.
Menu → Dashboard → Timesheets
You can download an Excel report to show you how much time you spent and which tasks you were working on.
To see the total time you worked on the task, go to "Grid" → Settings → Fields settings → Check the "Total time" checkbox.
You can also see the "Total time" column in the summary report and in the archive. You need to scroll the table to the right to see it.
If you made a mistake in time to turn off or turn on the timer, then the record of the elapsed time can be edited.
Open the card, click on the button with three dots, select "Timesheets" in the drop-down menu.
In the window that opens, you can change or add an entry.
If you need to edit a record, then click on the line with the record, edit the data and click "Save"
If you need to create a new record, click on the "Log time" button, enter the data and click "Add".
